The competition is moved to Hanko!

It was planned that the 3rd European Cup race on February 12 – 14 will take place in Mellsten, Espoo, Finland. After the snowstorms it became impossible to clean the track for slalom (Finns say they did not have that much snow in Finland for the last 30 years!), moreover, the ice under the snow is not good enough for racing.
The competition is moved to Hanko (120 km south-west from Helsinki). Hanko is one of the windiest spots in Finland and an excellent place to windsurf. Now there is about 5 -15 cm of snow, the ice under the snow is nice and the track for slalom is being cleaned!
